Maybe those performance ENB without heavy textures. You can run it in theory. Don't expect 60 fps.

You can use PM to communicate. I think it's only good for 2 people.

Yeah, that monthly melee Alienware twitch overwatch is auto playing the video. Kinda bit annoying.

Here's some ideas and hope you will find true solutions to your problems.
- You're using 4k resolution and your game settings are way too high and you didn't let the games utilize/recognize your GPU.
- you probably running lots of background programs when you run those games.
- Must be virus or malware or spyware slowing down your PC.
- you just hit " alt tab " keys. Bethesda games usually don't like that. It will cause temporary fps loss

I tried downloading some mods in Skyrim and fallout 4 Nexus mods site. Works for me. I used chrome and UC browser for the testing.
I only do manual download. ManualInstallation4life#
Try clearing your browsing internet history and relogin and redownload the mods.

Don't worry. We are all started the same way as you. It's just some people are way better or have more talent/skills/equipments/resources/connection to do modding.
For starter, I usually just start at a website called www.Google.com and search whatever I need . I usually get good information on certain websites.

I have GTX 980ti. It can run Skyrim with ENB in 4k . 20-30 fps.
We probably have to wait for that remastered version. It may improve fps.... Hopefully....

I chose CBBE .
UNP body is so common and realistic that I normally see that kind of body in real life like my gf, my neighbors' wives (little bit fatty but its OK), and some girls at the beaches. I got little bit bored and wanted different stuff.
I personally chose CBBE because I probably will not able to get a woman with CBBE like body and also no matter how much realism you put into those 3D CGI characters, they will never be real as a the real life human beings.... Real women... Which is why I placed female characters with super hot body with nice looking b0oty/ G cup racks to stimulate my fantasy.
