Hopefully you will find the true solutions to your problem - you have dirty edits, try to use tes5edit to clean them. - how long you wait before you forcefully quit skyrim after skyrim freezes? I think your PC is just processing After you finished character creation. Wait couple minutes... or hours. - too much mods concentrated on character creation. Removing some mods may reduce your freezing issues. - did you install the mods correctly? with right load order? If not, do proper procedures

Maybe they have the wrong body type? Any HDT or bouncing mod?

I heard these from other people. If it is a private mod, you can do whatever you want. If you're going to share them to public... I saw couple mods here in nexus were based on other games. I think it is ok as long as its meshes and textures are made by you or if you took them from other creators, make sure to get permission before uploading them here. You can always PM a moderator if you're unsure

Just guessing, Too much mods. Probably your PC can't handle them. Removing some mods may fix your CTD issues.

Just guessing, Too much mods concentrated in Riverwood and Solitude. Removing some mods may resolve your CTD issues. Can you check if each of your mods is up to date like SKSE or skyui.

Is she a mage? Try putting some basic spells on like frostbite or flame. Remove those advanced spells like fireball or thunder. Try lowering her HP and magic points. Is she a melee? Try putting low damaging weapons like axe. Remove any one/two handed perks damage enhancements. Try lowering her HP and stamina.

If you installed mods and skse, huge chances that you can't run the game through normal means. You have to use SKSE loader in order to play Skyrim.

Did you uninstall them properly? If not, follow the proper procedure. Did you create a backup for your skyrim files and folders before install those mods? Try using that to restore your stuff.
