I am having a bug attempting the thieves guild quest loud and clear. One of the side objectives during this mission is to talk to vex (who I believe informs you of a sewer entrance. When ever I try to talk to here she gives a generic response (no chat menu). Also if I talk to tonilia I can use her as a fence but there is no option to receive thief armor. Delvin also will not give me any side jobs. I have tried numerous methods of fixing this issue. Resetting the quest did nothing, nor did reloading earlier saves, I tried to disable and enable to NPC's in question but to no avail Does anyone know of any fixes to my issue Thanks in advance
