  1. I guess I would have it be a side grade to Paciencia, being silent, having a scope, one more round available per reload, and being affected by the Cowboy perk (as it is a lever action rifle). I guess I just wanted both a reward for those who stop the nukes and an armor piercing Cowboy weapon that can be silenced.
  2. It would be covered by Cowboy, for one. And not everyone would want to use heavy weapons like the SMMG. It could also have a high crit multiplier since it is a stealth weapon. It also has access to armor piercing rounds, something Cowboy weapons (with the exception of the 5.56 Pistol and That Gun) lack. It is more about versatility than raw DPS.
  3. Based on the Henry Long Ranger (pictured below)/ Browning BLR, this lever action rifle would use a box magazine rather than the tubular magazines seen on other Lever Action weapons in the game. This lowers the ammo capacity to 4, but increases the reload speed and allows the use of armor piercing rounds. As for looks, the Survivor's Hand is a scoped and silenced rifle, with a pearl white front grip and stock. But the main part is the design on the front grip: (from left to right) a red heart with an A inside it, a red diamond with an 8 inside it, a red heart with an 8 inside and a red diamond with an A inside it. This is the opposite of the infamous "Dead Man's Hand", which had an 8 of Spades, Ace of Clubs, Ace of Spades, and 8 of Clubs. As for how to get it (legitimately), you must stop the nukes at the end of Lonesome Road, as the Survivor's Hand will only spawn in the footlocker if you have the Divide Survivor perk (you can, of course, cheat to get it). Thoughts? Opinions? Could this be done?
  4. (If this mod already exists, please tell me) This mod would add one handed Shortswords and two handed Longswords to Skyrim. The former would have less reach and do less damage than Swords, but in exchange would be the fastest of the One Handed weapons (not counting Daggers). The latter would have less reach and do less damage than Greatswords, but in exchange would be the fastest of the Two Handed weapons.
  5. Yeah, though, someone will have to figure out how to make custom reloading animations for it, since it load from the back of the stock.
  6. Basically, a Lever Action Carbine based on the Evans New Model Carbine, having an ammo capacity of 26 .44 rounds.
  7. Basically, this would still keep the weapon's reach and speed, just make it a two handed weapon like real Katanas. These weapon's would include the Blade Sword, Bolar's Oath Blade, Dragonbane, Harkon's Sword, and Akaviri Sword.
  8. Wonder why no one has commented on this idea?
  9. I wonder why no one has commented on this?
  10. These spells ignore elemental resistances and deal damage over time to Health, Stamina, and Magicka. In exchange for not being affected by elemental resistances these spells are not as powerful as the more specialized Fire, Frost, and Shock spells. The spells would scale with Destruction level, but their perks are separate from the Destruction perk tree, to avoid interference with other perk overhauls. Instead, you get a lesser power called "Summon Corromancy Altar" which will allow you to access to the Corromancy Perk Tree. You get accessed to perk points for it by killing enemies with Corrosive Spells. The first perk requires five kills, and each perk after that requires one more kill per perk. So, 5 to 6 to 7 to 8 to 9 to 10 etc.
  11. Wait, why did you just copy the last part of my OP?
  12. This weapon is similar to the Laser Musket, but a few major differences. The first one is that, instead of firing all cranked shots at once, you fire them one at a time. Because of this, the CPEG actually has the 6 Crank Capacitor as its lowest and default mod, and can be upgraded to a 7, 8, 9, and finally 10 Crank Capacitor. The second is that it can be changed to fire Plasma Projectiles (which deal more damage, but are not hitscan like Lasers are) or Tesla Lasers (which are hitscan but weaker than Lasers, but causes a damage over time effect). The former turns the electricity inside the chamber to green and the latter turns the electricity inside the chamber to blue, instead of the red for the default Laser. Its Stock options are based on the Lever Action Rifle's.
  13. This second visit to the Soul Cairn is supposed to be more interesting and engaging. And this story would be very character driven. Also, the Whiterun Undercroft is not technically "in" Whiterun, its a different interior cell.
  14. It will also have elements of Southern Gothic, especially around areas controlled by The Ascension (who symbol is a Virginia Confederate Battle Flag but instead of a blue cross and white stars and border, its a white cross with black stars and border) like Old Salem Church, a far right Raider gang that has.....older prejudices (read: they're racist as f***). They originally came from Vault 89, whose experiment was to put a bunch of racist f***s in one place, and constantly reaffirm their racist beliefs. Why did Vault Tec do this? Because they could!
  15. No, like a nuke explosion, but instead of blue effects have light green effects.
  16. A special custom Laser Pistol, the RIW uses Microfusion Cells instead of Small Energy Cells. It has a 24 ammo charge before reload and spends 4 charges per shot, making it a 6 shot weapon. Each shot does 4 times as much damage as a standard Laser Rifle shot. Its design is loosely based on the Colt Navy Revolver (picture below), with the MFC placed where the cylinder would go. Because of its form over function design, it degrades faster than a normal Laser Pistol, but has higher power to make up for it.
  17. This would be a lever action rifle that uses .223/ 5.56mm rounds, meaning it will be the only lever action rifle in game that can use armor piercing rounds. It would be found at the beginning of the game, located in a crate next to the makeshift shooting range, though it can also be found sold by shops and used by some NPCs. Its mods would be a silencer, custom action, and steel forged receiver. Basically this weapon would trade power for versatility, especially for Cowboy characters.
  18. Basically, since the New Vegas version of the Nuka Grenade uses the light green colored Nuka Cola Quartz, instead of the purple/ blue Nuka Cola Quantum used in Fallout 3.
  19. One of the end game areas will be "Anna's Blight", formerly known as Louisa County, Virginia. It is a heavily radioactive area, made from a nuclear meltdown of the North Anna Nuclear Power Station. The closer you get to the ruins of the power plant, the more radiation damage you will take. You will NOT be able to reach the power plant before dying of radiation poisoning.
  20. Sadly, i currently lack a computer powerful enough to play New Vegas. Plus I have no idea how to make mods.
  21. Basically, are there any mods that replace DLC perks so that they will affect weapons from base game and all DLC, instead of just the base game and the DLC the perk comes from. For example, because of this the "Grunt" perk will have no effect on the unique GRA Light Machine Gun "Bozar", nor the GRA version of the Assault Carbine or the new weapon added by GRA, the 25mm Grenade APW. I really hope I am making sense. And I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
  22. Some trait ideas I have. Neutral Forever: Your reputation with factions will never lower below Neutral, but it will also never raise above it either. Note that factions that become permanently hostile because of your actions (such as blowing up Hidden Valley) will still stay hostile. (Weapon Class Name Here) Specialist: The version of this trait you choose will get 50% of the points from your other weapon skills (rounded down), so, if you choose the Guns version, 50% of the points from Energy Weapons, Explosives, Melee, and Unarmed will go into your Guns skill. A perk ides I have: Xeno Counterfeiting: Able to make Counterfeit Alien Blaster Cells from 10 Microfusion Cells each (5 with Vigilant Recycler). Obviously this perk has no use for someone who doesn't have the Wild Wasteland trait.
  23. Not really, this fires special arrows/ bolts, of which you can make poisoned (using poisons) and incendiary (using flamer fuel) varieties.
