Is there any mod yet for that or any fix? I know it's "intended" to not have lot of music playing but when there's not a single music playing in the entire game (aside certain conversation, war table, main menu), no combat music, barely no ambient etc.. im starting to think something is broken in my game and i haven't seen much fix regarding this kind of issue. I reinstalled the game and still the same (had to format hard drive), im on win10, all driver up to date.

Update on the problem, it seems to the game itself the cause of the problem. I did a clean reinstall no mod only base game + dlc and i still get the exact same problem for the shoulder.

Hello everyone. I just restarted playing Fallout NV and reinstalled lot of mod but Im having multiple issue that annoy me a lot. So here's some screenshot to show them. Issue: -Left shoulder, arms etc end up dislocating and/or super thin for no reason. -Broad shoulder with normal outfit -Long neck issue, random cut between neck and body. I have BEWARE OF THE GIRL t3 body i have installed a mod that switch all armor to t3 body etc No custom animation. I use moonshadow elf race
