to add to this. i had the same issue but i had already left the hall so when i came back they were not fighting but were in a fighting stance and "stopcombat" did not work. i fixed this by attacking 1 of them with a very low damage item which made everyone want to kill me but sheethed. it worked.

Undead (Vampire/Draugr/Skeleton/Ghost) always resurrect if killed unless killed by SilverWeapon/DaedricWeapon/CaptureSoul/HealingSpell/Fire. a mod similar to this exists but is very buggy.

MCM menu works and Menu from powers also work. but lantern would not lightup no matter what key i use.
