I'm having this problem as well.

I downloaded ENBoost and followed the instructions, I have the files copied to my /skyrim/ but I seem to have an issue when loading the game. It glitches out telling me "bfloatpointrendertarget=1" is not activated or there is a copy of it. I checked skrimprefs.ini and my bfloatpointrendertarget was set to 1. I dont know if i have a copy of that configuration setting somewhere else but nothing I do seems to work. If you have any advice it is much appreciated
