  1. My goal is make a mod which balance the game with minimal changes. Open the possibilites to use more weapons not only lincoln/a32 late. Next to it i want to put some new freindly and enemy NPC-s into the game mostly with patrolling which generate some more encounters. And i just like modding so i will make it myself. :D So its basilcy nilla with balance and some new contents.
  2. I think my main problem is that im not expert in english so hard to understand these moddins stuffs, especially when you write it... lol But i got all i need for modding except 1 thing. I just couldnt figure out how to make perfect npc patrol, cause i couldnt link the followers to the leader correctly. I could link only with object ID which wasnt too good cause once leader dies they stop the route. In the past i could linked them with the "select linked reference" but nowdays cant cause it doesnt apply to the leader.
  3. I just tested all of the weapons cause i couldnt understand how to check it other way. But thanks for help anyway!
  4. Its a single esp file. How do i install an esp file? I usually just open them in geck or activate them in mod manager. And if i open it in geck i dont see any difference. I mean i see the weapon list and they are the same like in nilla. Geck shows the files are modified but they are the same numbers and options for me.

  7. I tested nilla. I dont think base weapons changed in dlcs though.
  8. Hi i wanna balance the game with a mod but i dont know the weapons attack speeds. Most people would recommand wiki, but thats not a good solution because its totally incorrect in AS. I just tested a few: plasma rifle has 3 attack/sec An intresting test was laser pistol with no aiming has 3 attack/sec and with aiming it has only 2 attack/sec I would need these correct AS datas. Could some1 help? Has some1 the correct data of weapon attack speeds? Maybe all weapons should be tested with aiming and no aiming too cause of the l.pistol effect. MAybe thats just a bug, who knows. If some1 wanna join in test just test 1 weapon and post the results. That could even help. Thanks!

  10. They were originally bmp formatum, yes. I chenged them in properties to jpg. Maybe thats no effective. Any tip how could i convert it better? :)
  11. Hi! Could you help me how to fix that my mod pictures are totally black in the background + i cant set them to highlight etc.?
  12. I resinstalled the game and modded it without FOMM and now its working well. I think there was something problem. But thanks for the help MBile!
  13. I've opened the file with GECK... Ive seen 2 modification, or idk what. World Object -> Activator -> here are 2 things: DefaultAshPile1 and DefaultAshPile2. When i opened them ive seen: Script: NONE. Pile1 ID: 0000001B Pile2 ID: 00000022 And its all what i could to do with my computer (modder) skill.
  14. Hi Guys! This mod worked when i started the fallout nv but now it isnt working. Can WMXUE or NVSE cause it?
