How To Install Plugins/mods

Hye guys, i just downloaded a few mods, like AT2 01-Shiki Armor Set, New Frostmourne Sword by Jojjo v1_0, and Ren's Beauty Pack(elves look too cool x.x). Now i got Ren's Working and i have the others installed without any ! or anything, just the checked boxes meaning they are active... But i can't seem to find my armour or frostmourne at its vendor/chests, can anyone help me out with this?
