No, you're not the only one. I also am having trouble removing them, no matter how many times I click on the x it just wont delete. Saying that I really like the new system :thumbsup: , I can keep the notifications I want for as long as I want, which is great when you play with diffferent profiles.

Have you checked your Download folder in Mod Organizer and what web site did you download from? The only place you can download straight to Mod Organizer is Nexus. You should check out Gophers tutorial on Mod Organizer you might find it useful.

I have noticed lately that the Notifications does not notify me of all the files I am tracking that have been updated, for example the Unofficial Patches I have had them tracked since I installed Skyrim yet I received no notification that they had updated recently. I have had to look in the New Today files to see what files have been updated, I do not mind doing this as we had to do that for years but I had come to expect to see this in the notifications tab now. I have also noticed that the Latest File tab does not always update on refresh and often stays the same all day. I use Firefox and run Ccleaner regularly.

I am really not sure how it happened and I would of said that it couldn't happen it just not how it works but when I came back to my computer NMM had turned itself on, scanned for games and promptly deleted all my mods for the NMM folders. I have searched all over my computer and they have just disappeared. I still have them in my Data folder so I can play but I am going to have to download them all again though I can now try the Beta 0.50.01 I was putting it off because I had a stable FNV game.

I've been having the same problem for a few weeks now and it always get worse in the evening and at the weekend like I would expect with the amount of traffic Nexus gets then. It is making it very frustrating to use Nexus when you can't even get the home page let alone update or download a mod. I really hope this gets sorted soon I miss how easy it used to be.
