Like the ones avallac'h and caranthir does. There is already teleport mods, now if we just add the portals which i know is possible instead of direct teleportation that would be awesome.

I also want this please any modderater or general modder tell me if there is a way to change it, i have managed to change the running speed. This is how i did it
