Sorry forgot to mention that this is a new game as to help clear everything as much as possible. Also another strange note It might not be the texture pack. Currently looking into the potential causes (which mod might be doing this). I'll update again as soon as possible. It commonly seems to trigger during combat, more specifically when someones weapon connects with a person. Okay, this should be the final edit. It turns out that the cause wasn't the texture pack at all. it was the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Patch, I don't know how exactly it's conflicting with other mods but I'm re-downloading all of my other mods to see if any other crashes happen. and if not then I'll ask someone over at their official mod forum/page for help. but if anyone here knows how to fix this then I'll be amazingly grateful!

So essentially, what happens is that I saved outside of the sewer and when I get to Vilvren or fight the Slaughterfish right in front of the dock the game freezes. More importantly when I try to go further than Vilvren the outer cells(?) start to load and then my game freezes, crashes to black and then Windows tells me that it crashed.

Hey, So after I downloaded a whole mess of mods I started having crashing issues. I pinpointed it to this particular mod after uninstalling (By the way I'm using NMM) and then slowly re-installed mods by their general order of when I installed them. Has anyone else had these problems and if you have, did you find a solution? If anyone knows about it I would be very appreciative. Thanks in advance.

Okay so update. I tried to uninstall the three mods that I just installed, nothing happened so I went into the actual Oblivion folder and tried to launch the game form there. It worked, but when I tried to make a new game the entire screen was black. not including menus. could that be something to do with a texture pack like Quarls or something?

Hey, first time poster, I have a concern. The nexus mod manager has made my life very easy, but as of now it is aggravating the hell out of me. So I just downloaded a bunch of mods and now when I try to start Oblivion (more specifically OBSE) from the launcher it has on the menu the game starts up with the black screen and then it just stops working. I just installed three mods. specifically a re-weighted armor, weapons and an encumbrance modifier mod. I'll try to uninstall and re-install some mods and if the problem resolves itself then awesome and I'll notify you guys. but if it doesn't then I'd really like some advice. Thanks in advance all.

Hello, just had some questions on how to install this mod. Firstly can I use OMM or do I have to just place the items in their proper places manually? Secondly is this compatible with OBSE or will that cause problems? Finally I got rid of the facial texture packs I was using and if none of the previous questions are related to my problem could someone perhaps do a bit of troubleshooting with me by helping me with seeing which mods create the issue? Much obliged.
