I end up with CTD on startup, after a good 20 seconds of black screen. In my attempt to find out what the problem was, I used LOOT and FO4Edit to see if any conflicts were occurring. Unfortunately, I had no problems on either side, and the CTDs persisted in the same style as before. These attempts were in the hopes that I could update to version 1.10.26. Not only that, but I was intent on updating my "Horizon" mod from version "1.2.1 BETA" to version "1.3.1". The F4SE was also updated to its' most recent version, so no problems there. My question is: Is there a mod, or set of mods that are outdated that cause my game to crash? If so, I would appreciate the assistance as soon as possible. I would enjoy the chance to not have to start all over from an error I can't find. The amount of plugins amount up to 206 activated. Load order is below.

I've been having this difficulty after a few days of working at it, with no fixes, currently. My current load order is: If anyone can find an answer for what is going on, since I've tried updating 4GB, Fake fullscreen, NVSE, used BOSS, and FNVedit, that'd be great.
