Delete dinput8.dll from RDR2's directory and substitute it with version.dll from here: https://www.rdr2mods.com/downloads/rdr2/tools/9-rdr-2-asi-loader. Then launch RDR2 directly from RDR2.exe in the directory. (It might take a few moments for the Rockstar Launcher to initialize.) Should enable your mods again as a temporary fix.
