I have similar problems as well, only I've never downloaded a mod at all. I got the 7-zip extractor that New Vegas Nexus suggested, as well as the NV Mod Manager but I can't seem to get either to work. I tried downloading the centered third person camera mod, and while I did download it successfully, I couldn't get it to work. I saw it inside the package manager and everything, but I couldn't activate it? Could anyone help me out with this and maybe give me a basic explanation of how I should be extracting things in case im doing it wrong or in case of mods that dont work with the manager?
