Dude what´s your obsession with slaping Kids? Saw your Post allready on another site. Just download a mod that increases the greeting radius and they won't talk to you if you not aproach them directly..

It could also be that another mod is blocking it. Had an simmilar Problem with 2 Other mods. Both hat an MCM, one showed up and was "blocking" the other while it doesn't blocked any of the other MCM´s i had at this time it conflicet everytime with this one. Only thing i could suggest where disable one Mod at a time that have a MCM and see if it shows up.

LaL does not fix it as really fix it. It just gives you a way to avoid it caus vanilla start is heavy scripted. Something most bigger and scrpited mods tend to destroy. I would rather disable all your mods except LaL. start from there and try if it works fine. Then enable a couple at a time, start your game play a little and so on. Its annoying but the easyest way to figure out what causes the crashes. If LAL does crash on its own i would suggest maybe Realm of Lorkhan, another LaL Mod but a little different.

Yes forgot that. Inpc is one of the few Mods i consider essential. Combined with Cityzens of Tamriel and you have a tonof cool new Charakters and extremly well done Quests all with one Mod. and the Makeover of the Inpc is fantastic.

Pandorables Mods are extremly well done and have even somehting for male NPC, you might want to look at that? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/users/41216925?tab=user+files I combine it with the 3 Bijin mods and Seranaholic.
