Yes, I use Loot to sort everything. How would I check to see if anything is in conflict with SkyUI? If you mean looking through the list on things in Loot there doesn't seem to be anything.

I switched to a previous version of SKSE and that seems to have fixed it, I think? But I get a warning message about the SKSE version I'm using every time I start the game.
