I've had to redo the midnight ride guide twice now and reinstall and delete old files to try and fix this. The first time around it worked. I was able to launch the game and play through but the game would crash when leaving vault 111 and I couldn't figure out why. At first, I thought I narrowed down the mod, but then I started to get the black screen and blue circle when I launched the game. No matter what I tried, I couldn't fix it. So I decided a fresh redo and reinstall. I'm still getting the same issue and I have no idea why. I've attached screenshots of my plugins and mods.

Oh man, I think that mod/bug fix being there was an accident. Probably when I was modding fnv and didn't realize I had fo4 up instead for mod organizer.

Every time I open fo4 via fose it stays on a black screen before crashing and closing. The thing is when opening not through fose, it's perfectly fine, but no mods which really messes with my current save. My game is updated to the recent update from bethesda, but I waited to play again until the mods and fose that I knew would be affected by the update were updated. I did all of that and that's when the crashing started, so I uninstalled all mods and reinstalled the game. Only added fose and it worked fine, I checked via command console and it was active. So I started adding the mods from the midnight ride guide and my other mods and that's when the black screen before crashing resumed. I attached my mod lists via screenshots below (including the plug-in side). I'm not a hundred percent sure what exactly the Bethesda update changed, so I might have a mod ya'll can point out that is actually conflicting now b/c of the update. I was going through New Vegas again before the update so I forgot there was even gonna be an update and it was too late for me to stop it.

I have mods a lot of them as usual and I have loot to help me order them and look for errors. I can go to current saves and play the game perfectly fine, but when I start new a game and I try to change presets, sex, weight etc...in the character creator menu my game crashes. I uninstalled every mod and did a fresh install of sse, worked perfectly, so I installed my mods again but...it crashed...again for the same reason. I don't know why and I'm kinda getting irritated that I can't pinpoint what mod is causing this. I have enbseries in my skyrim folder and I've been also trying to find the regular dll to replace what enb adds. But I can't find it and I don't know if its that or a mod causing the crashing. Note: I do have SKSE. My load/mod order:
