I'm starting through MO2.

The order of my files are as follows: Drive © -Program files (x86) --Steam ---Steam apps ----Common -----Fallout4 ------Data -------F4SE --------Plugins ---------Transfer settlements ----------Blue prints -----------1 (which is a folder and its the only one) SanctcityFRC (Which is a JSON file)

I'm starting through MO2.

I have been having so much trouble with the Transfer Settlement mod. Well, no so much the mod but the blue prints. I have tried everything. Tutorials (which i followed to the letter) I've even deleted ALL my mods and Game and re installed it clean. The transfer settlement mod installs correctly, the F4SE installs correctly, HUD installs correctly, sim settlements installs correctly, MCM installs correctly and yet when i open the Transfer settlements hollow tape and go to import settlements, its says no blueprints found. I've made sure the blueprints are where they're supposed to be. Please help.
