1. edit: Okay, this is really odd, but I just reloaded the save and it's fine. I swear I reloaded multiple times  . Oh well, I guess this thread can be closed now hah.
2. So I've been searching around on the internet to a fix to this problem but I can't seem to find one. I got on the save of one of my older characters, and for some reason their scale is way off. As in so small that my character isn't even visible. The oddest part is, my scale is set to one. If I set my scale to the highest possible setting, then I can just barely see my character, but otherwise, nothing. I don't know if this is a mod or what, but it's really random.
3.
For some reason, there is an odd glowing effect in certain interiors in my game. It happens in some random dungeons, the basement in the Lakeview home in Hearthfire, and the cave that you find the monk in in Dawnguard. Even odder, whenever I activate an ENB in my game, the effect goes away. ENBs usually slow my game down, so I would like to just be able to find a fix for this. Anyone know what might be wrong? Here's an image of it: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=134318174 Edit: Okay, I found the source of the problem. It's the Imaginator mod. Even when I set it to it's default settings. Anyone know why it's doing this?

4. First of all, please don't turn this into a debate on whether Windows 8 is good or not, or try to tell me that Windows 8 isn't good. Everything is working well for the most part, except for a few problems I am having. I just tried Dishonored, and it's working great, but Minecraft won't work. My last problem is that whenever I try and change the brightness using FN+F5 / FN+F6, it will tell me on the screen that the brightness is going up and down, but it won't actually change it. That and a few of my other keys like that won't work. I tried going on to the Asus website to download the Asus Liveupdate program for windows 8, but whenever I tried to install it, it would tell me that I needed .NET firmwear, which Windows 8 comes with. Finally, I went to look at the needed updates for upgrading my specific model, but it mine was never in the list. Has anyone found a fix for this problem?
5. I'm making a mod that causes every race to have its own body. Something I have noticed is that for the circlet, the Khajiit and Argonians each have their own version of the them in the armoraddon section (for instance Circlet01AA, Circlet01KhajiitAA, and Circlet01ArgonianAA). Are these actually used in-game, or are they just remnants of things being tested with. If they ARE being used in-game I have a question: how did Bethesda get them to show up in-game without putting the armor addons for the khajiit/argonian versions of the circlet into the models section of the armor? Does it have to do with the naming of them? Because I can only get race-specific version of armor to show up if I actually put the armoraddon data into the models section of the armor. Thanks
6. I was going through Dawngaurd, and was in a cave where there were some Falmer.I noticed that something in the Chaurus cage looked like a cow, so I went over to examine it, but it had chaurus-looking spines coming out the sides, and had no legs or tail. Could the Chaurus just be cows that the Falmer have somehow mutated?
7. Okay, you know how when you're entering/leaving caves you teleport out of it once you hit an invisible, unactivateable door? Well, just get one of those doors, stretch it out really big, and place it on the floor where the player isn't allowed to touch, and make the door teleport the player to a designated respawn point :D
8. ^This. It takes a REALLY long time to do things like that. Why do you think it takes so long for Bethesda to make Elder Scrolls games? And they're professionals! Sorry, but if you want to go to Cyrodill, I would just play Oblivion :/
9. I've been using Caliente's female body replacer for a while now, mainly because of how cool bodyslide is. Really, it makes the mod useable for those who like all their females to look like models, peope who would rather have more realistic proportions, or just flat out ridiculous ones. Basically it just takes away the need for the maker to have variants. On that note, I was wondering if anyone was planning on making this available for a male body replacer. I, and I'm sure many others, would love that.
10. Seriously? Get over yourself that isn't related at all. Anyways, I was kind of hoping that we would see summurset Isles, but I also LOVED Morrowind, so I'll be happy with that to.
11. So it ends up that I was just being en idiot the whole time. I had toggled the ai off on my character earlier and had forgotten about it :P
12. Well, restarting doesn't really do anything for me about it. I'm hoping it's just a glitch from the latest patch and will fix itself when the game updates again. If anyone does know how to fix it, though, please tell me.
13. For some reason, I can't seem to craft anything. I'm pretty sure it isn't any mods, because I can craft fine on characters other than my main, and if it is a mod, then it's been baked into my save or something. That, and I already deactivated mods that I recently installed to see if that's the case. Are there any fixes for this? edit: wow, I didn't post any details... Okay, well, Whenever I try to use any sort of crafting station, my character just gets locked into place for a couple of seconds and I can't move. After that, I'm free to move, but my camera is locked in place until I go into my inventory. And remember, this is only happening on one character.
14. Bump... does anyone think that this could be used for a mod or anything? If not, I'll just let this thread die.... It just seems like proof that players and NPCs can have physics on them while animations are still playing.
15. I found a companion mod that looks like it will be pretty cool once it's finished. There is allready a quest to get it and voice acting, and marriage and romance options are planned for the future. The companion dances to some Japanese anime-sounding song, though, which takes away from the lore-friendliness, bit that part is optional. Here's the link if you wanna try it. link
16. So I was derping around trying to get a cool shot of my character being eaten by a dragon, and somehow found a way to make your character go into ragdoll mode while keeping control of the movement. It's actualy a really easy glitch to recreate. Here's how to do it: 1. Find a dragon 2. Go into third person and try to get the dragon to attack you. When he starts attacking you, quicksave. 3. As soon as the draon picks you up in his mouth (you may have to reload a couple of times before he does it without killing you some other way) wip out yo console. 4. Select the dragon, type "toggleai" 5. Select yourself, type "toggleai" 6. Make sure nothing is selected, and then type "tcl" 7. Close the console. When you do this, the animations will freeze, and then your character will appear frozen on the ground. Reload that quick save. 8. ??? 9. PROFIT Now, you don't actually go into ragdoll mode like you would when you die. You still have animation, but whenever you collide with something, your characters body will move and flop around. It's kind of hard to explain, you will just have to try it for yourself. Now you may be asking, "LINK01000, Y U POST THIS IN MOD TALK???" Well, I was thinking that maybe, if someone were to learn how and why this were happening, they could use it to add clothing or hair physics to the game. I mean, it's at least worth a try, isn't it? If anyone wants to, they can upload a video of them doing it to show other people who don't feel like doing it ingame. Sorry, I don't have fraps or anything. :(
17. Thanks, I remembered seeing this somewhere but couldn't find it. This should help.
18. I've decided to learn to mesh (using blender), but I have no clue where to start. I mainly want to mesh clothing/bodies, but I haven't really found much. I've done some of the tutorials over at blendercookie, but none of the beginner ones really seem to be heading in the direction that I want to go. Any experienced meshers have any advice or good tutorials for a beginner?
19. As a hiker, I can tell you that it's perfectly realistic to not be able to just walk up a mountain :P Anyways, putting that aside, it would be cool to see something like assassins creed climbing make its way in..
20. I was just thinking about that last night... Maybe modders should go ahead and start agreeing on something in this thread, that way we can be a little more organized in the future when we have tons of cloak and jewelry mods. If everyone agrees on something you could just put it in the first post and ask this to be stickied ;)
21. Actually, I'm pretty sure some modders are slowly figuring out how to add physics to the clothing. Although, I haven't downloaded it and seen it for myself, I think Cherryhotaling's body mod adds, um... *ahem* bouncing body parts... So yeah, if she were to figure that one out, we could see other mods start using it. edit: OH, I almost forgot! The has clothing physics! Sorry, I had too
22. So I saw that in the gamejam video, they successfully added physics to a giants clothing. I was wondering how I would go about doing this for NPC and player clothing using blender. Would I use bones, or some other way?
23. Okay, I'll try and get one up later. I won't be able to until later today, though.
24. Yeah, I made sure that I did have markers toggled, and I even restarted the CS... so that's not it :(
