Yes, this is also what I was wondering.. does adjacent bonus work both horizontally and vertically? Unfortunately I cannot test as I have a catch-22 issue.. cannot build more uplinks as I do not have enough engineers.. cannot get more engineers without more satellites... arg! I miss the old XCOM.. just hire more engineers. problem solved. - Eddy_D
