  1. drop the weapon on the ground open consol and type - amod 1cc2ac - the weapon will disappear and be replaced by a legendary limitless potential
  2. Knowing the fallout is based on the film "A boy and his dog" 1975 I am surprised that no-one has made a skin change for the dog so it looks like the original. dogmeat He was a bearded collie crossed with a highland terrier - is there any chance that someone could make this mod for me/everyone.. pretty please..
  3. I have all the settlements in game plus few more that I made using a mod - they are all very well defended and have 24 settlers with the best armour and weapons. The chances of being attacked at any of them is 2%, so I go days if not a whole week or more without anything happening, and if anything does an attack, I don't even bother going because I know it will be defended.. I use mortal settlers, and I get the odd casualty, but that's life I think the last time it said I failed to defend was when I was around level 50 (I'm 150 now)...Everyone of my settlers were killed, the power and water needed repairs, but the whole thing was back up and running and new settlers filled it back up within a few days Besides all this, If someone does make this mod, I think It would be fun.. Just because you cant handle it, doesn't means no-one else can
  4. I would like to see a mod that when you fail to defend a settlement you loose the settlement to the faction who attacked, either all the settlers are dead or become allied to the attackers.
  5. Thanks mate.. I was using settler sandbox, I put it on to help with hangmans alley.. I've taken it off now and it seems to have solved the problem. I did find a few settlers walking in the middle of nowhere, but I think it might reset itself when I zone back to the commonwealth and come back later.
  6. ok I have read what you guys have said, and firstly I can say that my PC is healthy clean and not overclocked or overheating.. although this voltage thing I will be looking into, but I can't see why my CPU would have an effect on this bug Tuckster makes more sense to me, as I don't have problems with any other game, even skyrim (which is the same engine) runs fine.
  7. I'm having problems with my far harbour settlers, they keep walking off.. Most of the time when I travel to any of the settlement there they are no-where to be seen. I have managed to find a few stood around in the middle of nowhere, and I have followed some leaving one of the camps just to see where they are going, literally halfway around the map just to stand staring at a tree. Is this a bug some have you have see before ? , is there a workaround ? or a mod to solve this ?
  8. ok this is strange, I just lowered tenpines defence to 4 and now I can add more defence to zimonja and have made it up to 124, so there must be and overall for all of the commonwealth
  9. I've equipped all my settlers with a M4A1 rifle 100 rounds 5.65 a Nano suit and 10 stimpacks. it does seem to have made a difference
  10. That cannot be correct, - I have at least 2 settlements with nearly 200 defence.. and I cannot place anymore at tenpines and zimonja which are both currently on 64 defence
  11. So I have all the settlements and with the exception of the airport they all have 24 settlers and food water ect.. In some, I may have gone over the top with the defences but I have hit a wall when I was trying to put more turrets down.. So my question is - Is there a way of upcapping the limit of turrets/defence.. Does anyone know what the limits are, is it based on the overall defence of all settlements, or the overall amount of turrets in all the settlements?
  12. Someone please make an RTS for fallout, it has all the makings of a great game, the outposts are there and can be built up to defend. The outpost can recruit, all we need is some overview UI and the ability to send units to attack/defend another outpost. and of course an enemy which is doing the same. The enemy could be anything, one of the other factions, which again is already in game, or the aliens.
  13. This is based on a mod that was in skyrim, called skyrim tycoon - It was a command and conquer style game with a table that has a map on it, with flags. The aim is to gain control of all the outposts, however the other vanilla factions are doing the same, To maintain control you need to build up the population and guard it well, because the other factions are doing same thing and they will attempt to take them from you. You will need to recruit not only settlers to maintain the settlement as the vanilla game would normally do, with traders who travel the map ect. but also small units of soldiers to move around the map and attack other settlements under your orders. - The most important part of this request is that the units from all factions travel the map in realtime, the same way the vanilla traders do, this way they could clash without ever reaching their destination. footnote - the outpost would need to produce a larger amount of materials for building, maybe this could vary depending on the outpost or size of population. If this is possible or anyone has any ideas about this could be implemented that would be cool game that could be played over and over., or just along side the main game. A game within the game.
  14. I have 23 settlements some of them get attacked a lot.. warwick, greentop, starlight, the slog. I have done 150 hours + and as far a I can remember Sanctuary has only been attacked 2 or 3 times.
