  1. @ExtremeTurdball, all you need to do is extract the mesh from the BSA file with FOMM, and edit the axes with NIFSkope.
  2. There is a regular striker in the 20th Century Weapon Pack, but no Streetsweeper variant. The only real hurdle is the animations.
  3. Only a certain number of bodyparts can be made target-able in VATS, forget the exact number. This would mean you would probably have to remove a target-able section (Merging both legs together, or something similar) and you would have to edit all the armor and clothing in the game, not to mention armor added by over-hauls and other mods.
  4. No bumping your own threads. Also, couldn't you at-least find some pictures or resources for modders to work with? Why would someone help you, when you won't even bother with helping them.
  5. To show your frames per second in-game, download FRAPS and load it up before playing.
  6. This would require too much work, that and it has already been requested.
  7. No, they are not. That, my friend, is piracy.
  8. Thanks, Johssy. I'll see what I can do with it. And I have to agree, there are barely enough explosives related modifications on the Nexus.
  9. Such a mod has already been produced, but it is only possible if the target NPC is naked.
  10. So, here's my request. Would someone take the time to recreate the timed explosive used in Combat arms in Bombing Run, Sand Hog and Search and Destroy for use in Fallout. Using the Bottlecap Mine as a base, if possible. It can be seen in this video from 0:50 and onwards (Sorry, I couldn't find any better examples). As you can see, it's basically a cellphone strapped to some explosives via duct-tape, which is then connected by wires. Only requesting a model and a texture, no game implementation required. Thanks in advance. Edit- Found another example. This one should be of more help. http://a.imageshack.us/img831/7241/combatarmsc15.jpg
  11. I'm pretty sure that happens on unpatched versions of Fallout. Just hunt down the latest official patch on the Nexus, or download Fallout Mod Manager.
  12. I second this, I have hated just about all the orbital strike mods so far, for the simple reason that they lack a good target designator. Also, bump.
  13. He's talking about moving items around, not removing them. Such a mod was made for Oblivion. Can't seem to find it at the moment.
  14. Sorry if I came off like that. PM a moderator or admin if you really want it locked.
  15. Console codes: ~ lock 1-100 Done.
