@ExtremeTurdball, all you need to do is extract the mesh from the BSA file with FOMM, and edit the axes with NIFSkope.
-
There is a regular striker in the 20th Century Weapon Pack, but no Streetsweeper variant. The only real hurdle is the animations.
-
Only a certain number of bodyparts can be made target-able in VATS, forget the exact number. This would mean you would probably have to remove a target-able section (Merging both legs together, or something similar) and you would have to edit all the armor and clothing in the game, not to mention armor added by over-hauls and other mods.
-
No bumping your own threads. Also, couldn't you at-least find some pictures or resources for modders to work with? Why would someone help you, when you won't even bother with helping them.
-
To show your frames per second in-game, download FRAPS and load it up before playing.
-
This would require too much work, that and it has already been requested.
-
No, they are not. That, my friend, is piracy.

Thanks, Johssy. I'll see what I can do with it. And I have to agree, there are barely enough explosives related modifications on the Nexus.
-
Such a mod has already been produced, but it is only possible if the target NPC is naked.
-
So, here's my request. Would someone take the time to recreate the timed explosive used in Combat arms in Bombing Run, Sand Hog and Search and Destroy for use in Fallout. Using the Bottlecap Mine as a base, if possible. It can be seen in this video from 0:50 and onwards (Sorry, I couldn't find any better examples). As you can see, it's basically a cellphone strapped to some explosives via duct-tape, which is then connected by wires. Only requesting a model and a texture, no game implementation required. Thanks in advance. Edit- Found another example. This one should be of more help. http://a.imageshack.us/img831/7241/combatarmsc15.jpg

I cant tell if my mods are loading
DCstar replied to ianwianpian's topic in Fallout 3's Mod Troubleshooting
I'm pretty sure that happens on unpatched versions of Fallout. Just hunt down the latest official patch on the Nexus, or download Fallout Mod Manager. -
I second this, I have hated just about all the orbital strike mods so far, for the simple reason that they lack a good target designator. Also, bump.

He's talking about moving items around, not removing them. Such a mod was made for Oblivion. Can't seem to find it at the moment.

How to steal every thing in rivet city market place.

Sorry if I came off like that. PM a moderator or admin if you really want it locked. -
Console codes: ~ lock 1-100 Done.

Everyone knows about this, also, it's in the wrong place. It almost seems like a plea for kudos. -
Oh, you mean holding it inversed, never heard of the term 'back handed'. This can be easily done by editing the axes of a weapon mesh, in Nifscope.
-
He is correct, you have made three separate threads for the same thing. Also, what do you mean by holding weapons backhanded?
-
Things like the hitmen, Uncle Leo and the Firelance encounter, I presume?

If more of the metros were connected, a settlement at Metro Central would have been amazing.

A Snow Weather Mod(no other kind of weather)
DCstar replied to CommanderAE's topic in Fallout 3's Mod Ideas
"Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow" change the maximum time of rain to zero, adjust the snow accordingly. -
There are burial mound and grave models and textures already in the game, all you need is a modder with some motivation.
-
Been wanting this since Fallout was first released...

Murder, violence, slavery, gore, drugs, alcohol, prostitution, random profanity and more violence. Doesn't seem quite right for a ten year old...
