[people can't see in the dark (with enhanced lights and FX)]

Enhanced lights and FX makes darkness actually dark. It makes torches and night eye actually useful because the player can't see in the dark without them. But all the npc's can still spot you from a mile away in pitch blackness.

 

So basically someone should make a mod that fixes this. It should make it so that non-khajiit npc's can't see you in the dark.

You can already do this almost. You just have to wait a half second or so before pressing the button again. If someone can just shrink that wait time a bit, that would be fantastic.
