Having the location of their games set to local Poland time in the summer seems to have been a problem for CDPR since the Witcher 3. That at least made some sense though, since it was basically supposed to be fictionalized Poland anyway, and 4-ish in the morning is when the sun rises in Poland during the summer. This doesn't make any sense for Night City though, being in California. So I'll second this request for info.
