I at some point in my life discovered how to walk and smoke my cigar while the emote was still active with the rampage trainer under the emotes section. I recently forgot how to take a simple stroll with my cigar with the proper emote settings. And when I try to move my character while he is smoking it just cancels the whole emote process. Can anyone remind me how or what settings I need to change? I know I have done this before. Yes I am using a modded game.

I need a spell that basically paralyzes the target via touch for 10000 seconds dealing 1 damage every second. Now this could be any form of damage but I prefer some sort of green poison damage. It also cloaks said target for 10000 seconds on the largest magnitude possible reducing your chances to have the guards be called on you. This should technically be a non hostile script effect spell because by default a paralyze spell is set to hostile.
