Heres a second test on the new Coyote Reflex Armor. First two is before, Third and Fourth is after fractalizing the textures to 4096x4096. I also opened the new texture in Crazybump and detailed the normalmap to match the new texture resolution.

I decided to try it out myself on a texture. What do you think? 1rst image is Before pic, 2nd Image Is After, 3rd pic is after exterior.

If a person was to get all the textures in fallout 3 and open them in Photoshop CS2 Or CS3 They could use this software http://www.ononesoftware.com/detail.php?prodLine_id=2 and about double or quadruple the image size within the program and then fractalize it and export out to be made into a high detailed texture. I own the software and its pretty simple to use and does a great job even at 400%+ scales.
