Had the same stiff horse issue after starting a new Vortex profile without Lover's Lab animations. Used the De-install creatures button on FNIS and then just to be sure reinstalled the FNIS creature pack and ran FNIS again. Totally cured the stiff animals. Big thanks to Zelisification!!
