Well, if the models already exist, all you would need is a method to translate them from whatever format they're in into a .nif file, which is what Gamebryo uses. If it doesn't, You would need to make the models from scratch in Blender, 3dsMax, or your preferred modeling program. Remember. Releasing copyrighted material outside of it's license is in direct violation of of the DMCA, and will more than likely get you some fines if not some jail time on it. HOWEVER, there is a hole. You can make derivative works under Free Use, claiming that the work is inspired by, but not wholly based on. Uh gentlemen...The AS-VAL and the VSS Vintorez are effectivly the same gun. The AS-VAL does not come factory with a scope, but comes with a 20 round magazine and skeleton stock. The VSS comes factory with a scope, and a five round magazine with typically a full wood stock.

I'm sick of everyone hearing me as I put rounds in faces with "silent" weapons, when I can do it with the Ruger, and no one's the wiser. I guess all I'm asking for is a model to work with. Yeah, that would be for the best, but the actual round is a complex two-piece projectile. However, here's an idea. Make it part of this mod, since it already has steel and such already handled.

I'd say put it in a briefcase, and ammo in all the others, like the one at the Nipton pit stop (Under the car) and the one just north of Goodsprings Source (On the back of the blue Corvega). I'd say also to put some ammo in the cases.
