My guess would be yes. Hopefully someguy does what he did with the new NVBII quests and releases a character file that has the new content unlocked.

Aww yiss. Reports of someguy's death were greatly exaggerated. Can we expect a bunch more Lovecraft references in this one? Also, will Ranger Cady from The Inheritance show up again?

I have been having technical issues with Frostfall: it does not seem to register chest armor properly. I first noticed this when equipping a Fur Armor chestpiece gave me 0 exposure protection. I troubleshooted some things, created a new character to test it out, and promptly had the opposite problem: my new character had a permanent 150 exposure protection, even without armor or clothes equipped. Has anyone else had this problem/know how to fix it?
