Oh man, I came up with a really good one: Custom Sights Mod Allowing you to: Adjust / eliminate scope sway Adjust / eliminate breathing limit Adjust / remove stat penalties and bonuses (of sights) Allow swapping of Reflex Sights off Pipe Weapons to normal Reflex Sights Add a dual magnification scope, or gun sights that swaps to a scope I would love to use Reflex Sights on my Pipe .38, but those Reflex Sights are a nightmare. I'd also love to run scoped weapons for VATS, but I don't want AP penalties, hipfire penalties, or recoil penalties.

I want a mod so I can hold the shift key to walk while Sneaking instead of toggling off and on with Caps Lock. I'm aware I can use the C key to walk but I want Shift to Sprint while standing and hold-to-walk while Sneaking.

There was a post about someone using tcl in console and going underground, showing vast amounts of water being rendered. I also confirmed the water underground. Is there a mod that tackles this issue? I assume there'd be some FPS gains if you could eliminate redundantly loaded graphics like that.
