Then the elf using any other types of weapons would be slow and orcs etc using elven weapons would be fast. The point here was to make a "racial" for all elves that increases their attack speed. Then again, who said elves are good frontline fighters? No-one, but OP wanted it :)

So you have the names, authors and book contents and you only need someone to add them in-game? That's super easy. I can do it if that's the case.

So, most of you may know the mod called Frostfall for Skyrim. If you don't know it, go check it out. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/11163//? So, I had a suggestion in mind, could someone create a similar mod, but with some adjustments to fit the Mojave, maybe make the days hot and nights cold, and make you survive, maybe make you more thirsty while in hardcore mode if it's too hot? You get the point. If there exists already a mod like that, please link it for me, I want to use it :)

Back in the day I played fallout 3 with a bunch of mods. There was one that allowed me to open cigarette cartons and boxes to get individual cigarettes, and smoke them. Smoking them had the animation that NPC's have. Anyone know the name? -
Title says it all. A long deep dungeon somewhere. I just don't know where :) And what's going to be its name

I know it's possible somehow from oblivion, so I thought it would be practically possible from fallout games too. I have a few questions: 1. How do I do it? Do I go to the BSA and steal the files from there? 2. Is it allowed to upload converted files to Nexus or Workshop? I'd like to try to convert something like machete or a cleaver. Just as an experiment. :)
