[Need help With making a personal armor mod.]

I would like an experienced modder to help me with my armor mod. I have had help from Nightasy but i still cant seem to get my armor working. I don't care if you take the armor fix it and decide not to tell me what you did because at this point i'm just smashing my head off a wall. I just want to rp hard for a YouTube series i plan on doing but this is the literal only thing holding me back. I have tried my best but it seems my best is crap.
