Although I agree BOSS is not perfect, by looking at his load order and assuming he only used BOSS to modify it, you can see that his only probably un-ordered mods are: QTdof.esp
Natural_Habitat_by_Max_Tael.esp
Natural_Vegetation_by_Max_Tael.esp
Natural_Water_by_Max_Tael.esp
Natural_Weather_HDR_with_darker_Nights_by_Max_Tael.esp
RefScope.esp I'd say that among those, the only ones who could possibly cause this would be RefScope, and this QTdof which I do not know what it is. If it's not here, then your installation is missing something, and then the only complete way to avoid other missing meshes, would be reinstalling everything from a clean install, as far as I know. About your mods above the Bashed Patch, I have nearly all of those loaded and organized by BOSS, so they couldn't possibly be the cause. First, run BOSS again, then try moving the 'not organized by BOSS' mods (to know this simply execute the BOSS.bat file and read the log, in the end of the log it'll list the unorganized mods) up to at least above Bashed Patch, rebuild the patch and try the game again. If the mesh is still missing, try deactivating RefScope and/or this QTdof, then rebuild the patch. If it still doesn't work, then I'd say the problem is really a missing mesh during the install, I'd then suggest you to reinstall everything from a clean install. If the problem happens again, redownload OOO, Frans and any other of those big FCOM mods, as they are most probably corrupted. If it still doesn't work, then I have no idea. I assume you are with Shivering Isles installed as well as the official update, correct? Why isn't Unofficial Oblivion Patch installed? You should have it (though I don't think it's the cause of this problem). Rusty items are probably from either OOO or Fran (don't recall which one). Ah, wait, have you registered Fran's BSA when prompted during the installation?
