is it possible that its mucking up because its on gnoll mountain

I have the latest patch, i don't have vista and i checked that it was ticked on the data list

ok i have been developing a mod with a few other people we have made the interiors and exteriors on gonll mountain it was perfect with the construction set we did a few tests to make sure the mod still appears on the construction set then i did some beta testing and their where no buildings or anything their not even the landscape changed even through i changed it the only diffrence was the gnoll camp was 5 meters above my charchters head

i making a town on gnoll mountain nearly done the exteriors i went to finishing my church then i tried linking the door to gnoll mountain i made a refreance but it wasn't there gnoll mountain is in the wilderness so is there anything i should know
