As a relative newcomer, I apologize if this has mentioned (I used the search function, but didn't get any hits), but I would like to see two thing: unbinding beds to NPCs that have been killed so that you can sleep in it, as well as unbinding items to dead NPCs so that there is no Karma loss. I personally believe the former is essential, while I can deal with the lack of mod for the second issue.
