  4. Finally! I have been waiting for a mod like this one to bring vehicles to the game for so long (well since the game came out). Some vehicle ideas if you want/are able to create them: Scrap helicopter? probably not possible Scrap tank Buggy Dirt Bike Quad ---- Fav Don't know if this is possible just some Ideas for you, take em' or leave em' can't wait for you mod to be released! :)
  5. I have already created this in one of my previous weapon pack, it is small only a couple kb. It includes: rocks that can be thrown at people, two types one that deals damage and the other that doesn't. The exploder a melee weapon which when you hit someone their head will explode in a matter of seconds, very fun! The kneel before christ (lol) the exact weapon you were talking about. And MUCH MUCH MORE! There are two mods one adds two weapons; rock and fusion laser. The other adds the rest. They contain screenshots :) ----------------------------------------- If you want I can make this again only with this weapon and no others. I can use either the mole rat repellent stick or the police baton. The ammo doesn't matter because I will make it that it does not use any because it is a melee weapon. The stick will be able to knock people over. To create the mod I used the knock back effect.

Ever since I saw GI JOE the movie, I have wanted the accelerator suit to be put into the game, with high quality textures and hopefully scripting that would allow you to run, jump and swim faster than ever before. I am putting this idea out there for any advanced modder's to take on board and make this idea, reality. I would be doing this myself if I weren't still learning nifskope, photoshop, blender and scripting. Another good idea is to add some scripting to the ironman suit created by TOXA (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7652) and re-textured by Fenrir (http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9305) so that the iron man suit can fly. The hover chair mod created by AndyW1384 (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4501) also has a very convincing thrust jet that might be able to be shrunk down to fit on the ironman suit's hands. I don't know if anyone would take time to do this or if it is possible. I am just putting the idea out.

  8. This mod looks good, I can't wait for it to be added to fallout 3 nexus! The armor looks good, definitely needs to be smoothed out though and not so matte, but very nice start (better than I could do) keep up the good work and keep us informed! Could you possibly add a mutant alligator type of creature? and are you going to added these creatures to all the large spaces of water around the wasteland? because that is one of the mods that I have merely dreamed about is having water creatures like harmless fish and then mutant sharks and alligators or crocodiles that will attack you. Just a thought. :)

  10. Hello all, I am looking for someone to take a look at my mod; specifically the jail. I have been working for quite some time now trying (notice the "trying") to make everything work properly. Problems: * When you enter or load a save in megaton, the guard on duty will be done by the house underneath the jail (RANDOM!) * The raider prisoners will not freaking MOVE! AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST * If you enter a different area (ie. wasteland) or you enter a place in megaton (ie. your house) after you exit that area and go back to megaton, often both the raiders and guard on duty will be down by the house underneath the jail.   11. I had to remove the firing range and markets from megaton. This is because I have run out of space inside megaton to put all these things in. I have put some thought into this and I was wondering if anyone would have objections to me taking this underground. This would allow me to put more features in; firing range etc. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY OBJECTIONS EXTRAS THAT HAVE BEEN ADDED: I received a suggestion that I should add some bits from megaton tweaks into my mod, so I did. Megaton now has functioning crows nests, with snipers in them, I have created a power station inside the piece of aircraft on top of Lucas's house, Future update may include the ability to turn the power meaning all the lights in megaton on and off. and once again suggestions and comments are very helpful and much appreciated. I like the ideas coming in, but I can't find much more room to put them all in... not without expanding the walls of megaton in megaton world; which in turn would feel weird when walking around?? got any ideas? Although I have added a firing range, market inside megaton and gallows out the front of megaton.

To Tony the Wookie, Sorry about the title being in caps, didn't realise people would be annoyed by that... it was to get peoples attention... so I guess it worked. lionhaert, Brilliant idea of the mini market place, I can use some things from the rivet city market place and make a new platform to... Maybe have a couple scavenger dogs running around and open stall markets for food and weapons.... deep breaths .... THANKS. I like the idea about the different aircraft bits but I can't find a mod that gives you different pieces of plane, by themselves ie. not joined..... and me making them is out of the question as I'm not good enough with nifskope to pull that off. jackpack, like the idea... although I would have trouble with the making my own custom weapons and meshes. I also don't know how to make a quest yet :( Thank everyone for the comments!!
  14. Hi to all, I have started to create a mod: Megaton Expansion and Fixes, http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9049 As I believe that Megaton is not 'towny' enough. This mod aims to make a much friendlier feeling Megaton, through fixes and expansions. So far: Added lanterns everywhere, these lanterns come complete with lights that are set to turn on at night and then turn off during the day. Added a Jail with scripted prisoners that sandbox and jail guards that patrol. They also have AI for sleeping and eating that is scheduled. I might add dialogue for the jail guards if people want. let me know if you think that is a good idea. Added more ramps that go upwards for quick and easy access to where you want to go, from pretty much anywhere. I would really like to here your opinions on what I should add if you have any. I am also thinking of adding a retired hunter, with dialogue and a shack for him to live in. I have added the shack and I'm in the process of creating the interior, If anyone could make a custom creature mesh and texture for his prized kill, that would be much appreciated. If anyone has any ideas for speech or if they think this is a stupid idea please let me know.   15. Thanks Quetzlsacatanang... for the tip off to the tutorial, much appreciated, my Wilson will now be able to speak... yay! :happy: To Jackpack, I didn't realise thats what it was... I only wish I knew how to use nifskope I have it installed, but I'm reasonably hopeless when it comes to making something, oh well I'll just have to learn that now as well. :)

To Jackpack thanks for the suggestion, I did try that and it still didn't work, by the way, really like your mod "weapon upgrade kit and tutorial" Although it was kinda hard to install still having trouble as when downloaded the main files are not in folder ie. Meshes and Textures, and as I am not good with meshes etc mostly scripting I am having some trouble, if you ever see this message could you post back I really want to try your mod and I love the work your doing on you forum. keep it up.   17. Hey mate, That is Darnified UI (DarNUI) I have this mod it is the best, to get the stats: Karma etc. check both the Darnified plugin and the Extras plugin in your mod manager and its done. Although you might have to configure it in game through the menus to get all the stats. Download Darnified UI here: http://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=967619 and I suggest you get the FOMOD and use the mod manager to install it, it is alot easier.
  18. Hello, Im currently making a mod called The Junk Yard, I have one error and one problem. ERROR: I have taken the model from the citadel crane door and made it into a door in the GECK. In the preview, the model works perfectly but in game, the door will not open. PROBLEM: I do not know how to create custom dialogue, I had a go but it didn't work. If anyone knows how can they please tell me. Thanks As the name suggests the place is made out of junk; cars, scrap metal etc. but is very well equipped and modified to have all the essentials that a junk yard should have, I have plans to add NPC's to the place, I have added one but there won't be anymore if I can't learn how to add custom speech to them.
