I've been playing Fallout 3 for a long while and recently reinstalled for modding once again. And there has always been a question that has eluded me. Namely, has there ever been a mod or method for preventing Operation Anchorage NPCs (i.e. Chinese Soldiers, Dragoons, Americans) from disappearing and allowing access to their inventories? While I've seen mods that prevent the bodies from dissipating with their usual effects, I've never seen a mod allowing them to be looted as well. I've checked both the Nexus and Moddb for anything applicable but have come up short. I suppose my further question would be does anyone know how to implement such a change? I would be happy to do so myself, but I have no experience making mods for the game and don't know how to go about investigating the particular scripts causing the restrictions on NPCs from the DLC. I would greatly appreciate any guidance on this, and if there is a mod I missed that already accomplishes so I would be gracious to be informed of its existence. Also, this is my first post on the forums so if I do something incorrectly in making it, I apologize.
