I am pretty new to modding in case it isn't obvious. I am trying to form a single .nif that contains the body.nif and hands.nif for a mod. I have followed instructions I've found and moved both into .obj files and combined them in Blender. Then taken the .obj and used Nifskope to save it as a .nif. My problem is that when I open that in-game and use that file I only get polygons of light for a body and hands. I can use the body.nif file just fine, I end up with a body with no hands. I'm not sure what I may be doing wrong, can anyone help or point me in the right direction for a better understanding? Thanks in advance from an old man trying to learn new tricks.
