Hey, I'm a player who hate picking sides in the Skyrim civil war, and it pains me that I have to either join the Stormcloaks or defeat them entirely to buy Hjerim in Windhelm. So I would like to request a mod that let's you buy houses, at least Hjerim, without becoming Thane first. Other houses might stay the way they are, as they just require a quest to allow purchase, but as mentioned, I would like not to pick a side to be able to buy Hjerim. Regards,

Hey, I've started playing Oblivion again to get the feel of the game before Skyrim comes out. A thing that is bothering me at the moment is that all the settings automatically are turned down as soon as I enter a cell, and I cannot turn them up again! Off course I can slide the settings, but no matter much I slide, it has no impact on the game, and when I access the video settings again, they are back down. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hey, I'm having some problems with several mods that either fixes an already existing plugin (for example Frostcrag Reborn) and mods that have several updates needed (in this specific case, OOO). When I copy the .esp files to the "Data" directory, I get a question wether I would like to replace the .esp or keep both of them. Should I keep both and check off both in OBMM/Wrye Bash, or should I replace them? This might solve a couple of problems for me, so thank you in advance. Regards,
