  1. No there isn't that I know of, even the manual says to "insert disc 1, follow instructions to install" then "insert disc 2 follow instructions to install"
  2. Bought the game from Amazon, comes in the retail box and everything. So I install the game with disc 1 (the regular fallout 3) and then run the game without any patches, and it runs fine. I then install disc 2 with the DLC, and then it gives the "fallout 3 is not responding" error. I have to ask, where did you buy the game from? and what are the requirements stating on the box?
  3. Unfortunately, mine is version 1.0.0.12. I can't find my extra DLC disc though, would the DLC upgrade Fallout 3 to the new version?
  4. Hey guys, would appreciate it very much if someone could help me out with this. I have the Fallout 3 GOTY, and I installed it without installing the latest patch, and the game ran perfectly. Then I realized that the FOSE requires the latest version, so I downloaded the official 1.7 patch from Bethesda. Now I can't even start the game, as it just crashes back to desktop. I've downloaded no mods so far, deleted the FOSE, and have tried reinstalling Fallout 3 multiple times. Pretty much on a new install, it runs perfectly, but when I install 1.7 it doesn't work. Any fixes for this? If not, is there a version of FOSE that doesn't need 1.7, or do I not even need a patch for GOTY? Specs: Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit AMD PHENOM II X6 1090T 3.21 Ghz 8.00 GB ram AMD Radeon HD 6800 x 2 in crossfire
  5. Hey all, I just got done playing Oblivion with all the body mods, and I picked up the Fallout 3 GOTY. Now the instructions on the Dimonized mod says to use FOMM in order to install the body meshes, but there's no .ESM file. Also, there are posts of people that have been able to do this manually, where they copy over to the /data/meshes folder or something, just like Oblivion. However, I don't seem to have one. I just have a meshes.BSA file. Does that mean that my version is different? Or do I just install the mod to a created /data/meshes folder and the invalidation program will fix that anyways?
