  1. A small update: I have tried increasing attack speed (using raverbane's Fists of Iron mod, as well as attempting to modify other values) in the Creation Kit, but it seems like the actual weapon speed doesn't matter if you're unarmed (even though the DPS value updates fine) and you have to find a way to speed up the actual hand to hand attack animation (without effecting others). It seemed like all it would need are some quick and easy value edits but for some reason or another it's more difficult than that. Being that this would be a building block of the mod, maybe we can at least figure out how to get through this.
  2. I know One-Punch Man has gotten a lot of love, but really, Hokuto Shinken would be awesome! Let's say it were an invisible fist weapon and you "mod" it using manuals or scrolls collected throughout the wasteland, allowing for special effects and whatnot -- and not having to mess with perks at all. With the melee bash and grenade hotkeys added, it could get REALLY in depth. But something as simple as an ultra-fast fist weapon would be great too. ATATATATATATA! WATAAA! Hokuto Hyakuretsu Ken
  3. I requested a simple retexture of the Enclave Officer uniform, and although the retexture shows up perfectly in the GECK render, even in the base game with no add-ons (as well as with all add-ons except official expansions) enabled it's the plain old tan it used to be. Is there a way to force this retexture to take effect? Can non-esp/esm mods like NVSE cause conflict with basegame retextures? Do I just have to start a new save to have the retexture work?
  4. It's not working. I'm not sure why not; even when I disable ALL add-ons, it's just the plain old tan color. However, the recolor shows up perfect in the GECK render. Do I have to create a new save for retextures to take effect, or is there a way to force the game to use this retexture?
  5. Again, thanks a bunch! No more adjustments necessary -- it's perfect as is. :)
  6. Did you see the Dredd Legends preset by gary62? http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/50333//? It comes with its very own Lawgiver pistol and a few recommendations for armor, as well as Karl Urban's mug.
  7. Using GIMP 2 and a .dds editor plugin I was able to make my very own version of this retexture, but I don't know how to implement it and I'm fed up with fiddling with it, especially since I just want it to be a one-time thing. I'm not a modder, and I've never requested a mod from anyone before, but I'd really appreciate it if someone could make for me a barebones recolor of the base Enclave Officer Uniform. Doesn't have to be separated or anything, just change the color from tan to blue. Black pants, collar, belt, buttons, and trim would also be nice, but that's a lot to ask for. What I really want is just a striking blue for a pulp hero kind of character. Thanks for your time! As far as a reference goes, I guess the Vault Suit blue would be fine, but something a bit more vivid like -- well, you know the cowboy superhero The Vigilante? That kind of blue is what I'm thinking. Again, if it isn't too much trouble. EDIT: New problem: the retexture is not taking effect. I'm not sure why not; even when I disable ALL add-ons, it's just the plain old tan color. However, the recolor shows up perfect in the GECK render. Do I have to create a new save for retextures to take effect, or is there a way to force the game to use this retexture?
