Preeum, thank you SO much for explaining it that way! You made me realize I can just disable the offending texture mods in Mod Organizer, so easy. Now the red forehead is gone and I didn't have to empty any of my manually installed files out of my tintmasks folder. Kudos to you! :D

Did either of you ever find a fix for this? I'm having the same problem! When I was using the original version of RealLike for the .113 binaries, I could always tweak the ini file and see my changes in game. But since upgrading to the 2xx version, nothing I do ever seems to change the in-game settings. I tried using the ENB GUI and tweaking the ini file in Notepad, neither works. I'm a huge fan of RealLike too. :) I really want this to work! Please post back if you find a solution. I'll do the same if Google or my experiments turn up anything.
