Vortex uses the extended folder name of all the mods. Important is something else:
Go to the dashboard, and there to the FNIS icon. Click the 3 dots and "Edit".
What do you have as parameters for "Target" and "Start in"?
And don't try to "manually move the files" and such things. You can only make things worse if you don't know exactly what you do.
