    SKSE won't run the launcher only SkyrimLauncher.exe and TESV.exe (in your install folder) open your Launcher and check your install Mods close it and run SKSE as administrator

    if it wasn't fixed, set your skyrim.ini in ......Documents\My Games\Skyrim [Water] bReflectLODObjects=1 bReflectLODLand=1 bReflectSky=1 bReflectLODTrees=1 If [Water] doesn't appear in your Skyrim.ini, just copy from here and past it.

    It's look like the Water Mod doesn't activate. check out your NMM I had remove the water mod and the edges was there after install the Mod, It had fixed.

    Why am I taking such a fps hit with my mods?I don't know how to answer this question, but I give you 7 Factions why is happen. 1. ENB will drop your performance like 5 - 20 fps depend on what lighting-system you use. 2. I don't know how to optimize Skyrim or Mods. (I'm new) 3. I use mod that overlap the other mod, but I don't get CTD(Crashing to Desktop). 4. I got the most powerful PC on the world and I'm not gonna upgraded, fix your damn game and fix your damn mods so I can run 60fps. 5. Mods can update from current Gen to Next Gen, New version of Mod doesn't support your PC. 6. there are Mods were modificat incorrectly, who's know? 7. I didn't pay attention to the Mod's description or Mod's discussion.
