Mods using "Harmony" crash on startup.

Same issues here, game is unplayable with Harmony and Harmony dependent mods. Verifed integrity of game files. Deleted and redownloaded the newest harmony. Tried to unblock all dlls (none were blocked). Deleted the entire game folder in steamapps and re-downloaded. ModS: butterlib fixed launcher menu Harmony mod config menu Modlib UIExtenderEx
