Hi, i have setup a great build over the last 6 odd month's it's finally sorted, patched and working throughly. As it is setup as a Tamriel simulator using Unbound, Immersive cheat menu, and a few other mods i am trying to RP through modded lands and quests etc at there recommended level. But i am having great difficulty in balancing my character stats against the recommended level. I'm either way Op or 1 shot fodder, are there any guides or such that i can use to balance my stats? This is the last hurdle i have. I would like to know things like 1. how many perk points you would aquire at level intervals 2. same for exp 3. how many stat points to divide into Magica, Stamina, Health at level intervals. i have tryed using https://skyrimcalculator.com/plan but its not really what i'm looking for.

Hi, yay for me i just bought f4 goty on steam sale 70% off. unfortuantely i won't have my pc for a month or two and am looking for any great f4 guides and modlists to plan a setup. i have been playing modded skyrim for a few years and understand a bit more than the basic's, my current SE setup is Full Yashed guide with Cathederal eveyrthing. as a base game and just use Unbound to R.P and do modded quests. this is what i want to do with f4. Can anyone point me to the most updated Mod guides such as yashed or nordic for F4. I played f4 and all dlc'c on console when it first came out and want to build a Roleplay setup to do the New Lands mods that have been done. i honestly can't be bothered sitting through 200 youtube mod list's to find the best mods. i have done it to death with skyrim. i just want to setup and play. any idea's are appreciated. Prefer to have things like. Modern Armoury stuff. impossible survival style with full Needs. Snow / 'Frostfall' overhauls Extremely dark and grimy atmosphere. lethal enemies / everything can kill you and lots of them.

Yeah bro i know, :laugh: i did not think it would be that easy to get out. Especially after the stellar review's i'll try to make it harder for myself. i honestly thought the "crawl through the pipe" would just drop me somewhere back in the citadel for eternity....with RND and being a vampire i wouldnt last 3 days. it gonna be damn hard not being able to feed if i get stuck here. sneek feeding triggers the dawven law.

Hi how many Blackfaces have you got? if it's 1 or 2 here and there ctrl f4 should help BUT.......... if you have lots of BF i have a 100% fix but it's not using Vortex. i have never used vortex...... i use the other mod manager. Do not blanket bomb your facegendata with ctrl F4. step 1. RUN Loot. this will sort your load order better than you and i can. black face is caused by a miss match between files in the folders meshes/facegendata and textures/facegendata eg. your assets in the meshes folder is looking for different assets in the textures. same file names but different origins. Ctrl F4 can destroy your whole facegen data. pm me for 100% fix.

HI i'm interested in some suggestions for more obscure mods that don't get so much exposure anywhere. Oldrim or Newrim does not matter. Even a little description of how you implement the features or quirks. i'm looking to give my new build some new dynamic's Any Great unique Followers, Quests, Spells packs, I am about to finish my first full playthrough yay finally..... and my next build will be a full-on LAL second life type.

Down the shaft got the key through lake house fus ro dah Metalass of the balcony smash the wall finished. 10 minutes tops. they should have looped the Skyrim exit back to the lakehouse. damn you have to make this one hard for yourself.

Except they aren't. All content is copyrighted to its creator, redistribution is dependent on permission from that person. The user that packaged all those animation files together didn't have permission from the various authors whose work they used. If an author cannot be reached to grant a user permission and there is no public statement allowing re-use of their work, then you cannot make use of it. We also detail this in our site regulations: TL;DR: Removed for content theft. Thankyou for clearing that up.

Hi i d/led Blade dancer 4.1 for SE, (Removed almost instantly) which was a compilation of combat animations and effect's obviously a collection of many others work. Elysee's and many more. and was/is hell yeah good....... can anyone actually clarify why it was removed? i've ported 50ish mod's for personal use and never shared. i am just curious why a mod like blade dancer which is a beautiful union of many people's works and obviously a better step is scrubbed.? Particularly if original creator's are unresponsive to request's and all work's are legally public domain?. point is. Blade dancer is the kind of mod you did not know you where missing until you had it. i have it i'll never share it. i'm just confused as to why it's ganked? b=i'mamushroom=1

Thanks for that Qwertyzelder, i wasnt sure if the location can be narrowed done from "state jurisdictions" to specific towns, but a cell id or location such as used in frostfall would help i'm not so much after a fUlLy ImMuRSuuVe crime mod, maybe a script to create a txt file i'm no modder and have no idea what i'm really asking for or if it's possible. a date, time, crime, location would suffice. -
Is there mod or way to view what my crimes were?, i have (despite playing like a saint) managed to rack up a few bounties along the way i'm now lv 22 and have a $1000 bounty in Falkreath and i've never even been there?? i also have a $40 bounty in Markarth and i've never been there either. i can see my crime stats obviously but i would like to know specifically what the charges are? even if it was saved as a txt file to veiw it must be somewhere in the save game data. Such as date : Turdas 11th of Morningstar Victim: guard / Merchant / NPC name Crime: murder with greatsword / firebolt, / Theft of Common soul gem, Location: ivarstead, or possibily cell location. Bounty: $1000 status: Warrant outstanding / Fine Payed / Jail time served etc. i demand to know what i am being charged with lol. i'm sure i'm not the first Tamrielian falsely accused of trumped up charges......... :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

i re installed populated towns and cities and went back to save 39, save game now back under 10mb i un istalled it because no dialogue was being triggered with modded npc's including improved vanilla npc's i'm running interesting npc's, inconsequential npc;s, lively inns ands taverns and populated towns and cities. dialogue problem turned out to be wearing the sneak hood from sneak tools mod. remove hood and dialogue is triggered. i've never played skyrim from beginning to end and finally have master race pc worthy of it. i've spent the last 2 months building and testing my modgame. would be gutted if i corrupt it mid game. lucky i noticed the size! thanks for the reply WastelandAssasin.

HI, i'm running 227 mods and my save game size is 188mb im only level 7, is this going to corrupt my game later on? i ran the save cleaner tool and it only removed 69 orphan scripts from 385544. should i be concerned? i just checked back through my save sizes and at save 39 the save size was 10mb then i uninstalled populated towns and cities my next save was 198mb

i'm currently running pure light enb performance with rlo and c.o.t and 208 other mods and it looks absolutely specblinkintacular but its so dark even in shade in the forests. i've tryed tweaking the gui to adjust it but to no avail, i've turned of rlo interiors (i dont mind the interior darkness so much) but just roaming in the day time through the forest i look like shadow man. so my question is does anyone know a sweetfx preset that would brighten up the shaded areas without messing with the overall look and feel i have? i have read as many forums as i can find on this, i really like the pure light enb but the darkness factor makes combat like swinging a cat i a dark room unless candlelight. any help appreciated or link man fam to a thread bout it. finally got a great rig worth a fullplay through cant start till its perfect :) !bmovetocorrectforum=1

Sup mod famz, i bought f4 for ps4 so i could do a vanilla play through before the g.e.c.k drops and we all go bat ass crazy for the next probably 3-4 years. i'm not gonna even try to validate my opinion with some self righteous codswobble about my fallout blackbeltness or blind bethy loyalty. first the bad: Fallout 4 sucks....admit it. it's a cluttered up small domain of nothing but clutter on clutter, Cool trees and rocks right! its blinkin skyrim on meth and not in a good way. the pc animations are straight out of 2005, no pc idles, no attempt an an hdt (ish) system, and companion a.i is infuriatingly retarded (still) and the crafting / building system is a poor attempt at trying to hook console users into thinking their modding player homes and such when really its a godmode/cheat cover-up. i straight up think it's a pretty pathetic effort to deliver this for arguably the most anticipated release ever.... could go on......... but there's no point right! enough about the bad! The good: Thanks to the boys and girls at bethy for allowing us the opportunity to reverse engineer the next disaster effort in the series, A clean slate, We meet again comrades, p.s constructive banter is welcomed and appreciated, butthurt bethy fanboys don't bother replying i straight don't care.

I upgraded to premium today and the download speeds are rediculously slow. and worse the same dl failed at about 80-90% on all 3 premium servers!! what up with that!! they used to be almost instant.

Firstly i hope they make it so ridiculously key smashing monitor kicking impossibly hard, like a beyond the hardest of all hardcore modes the world space needs to be so apocalypticaly brutal with food, water etc almost impossible to find to enable a crafting and survival system which is absolutely critical to progress the game not an aside to the core gameplay. The main gameplay should be based around minute to minute survival with story progression an extremely rare luxury. disease infection dehydration starvation sleep deprivation (being attacked in your sleep) equipment theft, injured and left to die, slaved, baited jailed etc, the karma system should be pertinent to barter and trading with shopkeepers/doctors/employers refusing trade to scumbags, more bounty hunters / revenge killers such as the regulators and talon company on your butt seeking retribution for your deeds. Creatures / mutated animals need to be massively advanced hunter killers to develop a stealth system of survival based more around Hunting and trapping, crafting traps and deception to overcome beasties. Over powered weapons and power armor need to be scarcely available and difficult to maintain, ammo for these weapons should be craftable and very difficult to do so. i just want to see the wasteland a absolute living hell for survivors with the player forced (by the intensity of progression) to make disgraceful moral disicions throwing the karma system into the fore. i think you get the idea. Right..........MMORPG??!! Originally (before i started mod's) Fallout was about being alone, lost and lonely a** as hell in the wastes then after playing with 4-5 npc's i realised that there is a place for an MMO version. Lastly i hope they don't legislate against reverse engineering cause that could ruin all our fun.... edit. Equipable weapon slots (limited by strength / agility stats / power armor) 1/2 lower leg slot (survival knife / small caliber pistol) 2 upper leg slots (large caliber pistol / machete / katana / automatic / laser pistol) belts and bandoliers with 4-10 slots for grenades / mines / ammo) a backpack slot with say 50 lbs max ( 280lbs get real!!) and say 2-3 back mounts (grenade rifle / bazooka / sniper rifle) and your equipped weapon. When wearing powered power armor of course these limits would be increased (after all the last 1/3 of the game should be a complete alien / B.o.s / Enlave-esqe technofest) i'd like to see a lot more weapon dropping / hiding when no ammo is available carrying 20 high powered weapons about for half the game with no ammo is ludicris and completely immersion breaking. if you need the fatman for a mission you should have to go and get it from where you hid it. No fast Travel! and no placing map markers on your hud to follow, navigation should be by a dodgy compass so you have to explore the world totally so when you need that fatman you have to walk back to get it (walk back through hell hahaha!) however mounts and vehicles (Horse's, brahmin, motorbikes, steam engines, trains, and hot air balloons and micro-aircraft, vertibirds would all be cool and lore friendly) i just don't want to see a cop out immersion destroying god-mode like transport system. Realistic decision making, ie: not having to play like a complete buddhist monk to unlock huge amounts of content. (yes i'm refering to the "balancing act of modern gaming reality" article in Game Informer #59) bad or evil decision making should be punished by the karma system not by locking out quests, same as behaving like a tree hugging pansy pushover. if i want to play like a Quaker one day and a 1%er the next i don't want to be punished for not following 2 distinct paths. -

Mohave couriers would have to be badass as hell, intellegent, ruthless survivalistist diplomatic hunter killers. (imagine Delta force meets manny puig meets Chuck fk'n Norris type's) i have no doubt that six would have takin the shortest most direct route even if he had known about the deathclaws or cazador infestation it would be all in a days work for Courier six (dealing with raiders, Ghouls, vipers, fiends, radscorp's etc ) Benny and the Khan's took the long way round because they are lightweights compared to a fully functioning and equipped C6. Benny was nothing more than a casino worker. this does however raise the Question of how C6 let Benny and the methheads trap him and steal his cargo. I found it most strange that nobody recognised C6 at all! anywhere! even though he would have come into contact with Ncr and the various settlement's on many occasions on his travels surely C6 would have developed conections all over the domain yet noone seems to have met him before. i'm going off track here sorry. -
I would love it if my char swapped rifles from 'armed position' to 'shoulder slung position' instead of a rifle dissappearing. such as when swapping rifles from a 308 sniper rifle to a carbine one replaced the other in the previous weapons postion slung over shoulder or vice versa, also (i understand there is holster gear availble) to be able to holster a 3rd (or even 4th) weapon holstered on the leg. 1. rifle postion shoulder slung 2. holstered pistol 3. armed rifle postion all visible at the same time and not dissapearing when another weapon is equiped. i only carry 4 guns, a silenced .308 rifle (the pinpoint from underground hideout) a silenced UMP 9mm (from Yangzte compound), a .308 assault rifle (Henrietta) and a mercenary grenade rifle. and it would be awesome if they all had equipable positions on my back pack or holster gear (i like to keep things kind of realistic). any feedback or idea's would be appreciated.

sounds you are over cooking your system resources. NMC is a huge drain. 4gbnv.exe will help but consider reducing your graphics setting's. keeping a clean installed game in a renamed folder saves downloading new versions. the d3d9.dll will help auto configure your setup i'm not giving direct links because you'll learn more by looking for yourself :) ordenador texture optimizor help's a mite too. -

1. download FNVedit and learn to use it, (it's brilliant and easy for beginners) just watch a gopher tutorial on youtube on how to use it to make a merge patch :) 2. get NVSE, NVAC and NVSR 3. always read the readme's twice! till you understand the system. 4. BOSS (load order sorter) 5. google search for "falloutperf.ini tweaks" Modding is brilliant and add's so much to the game but it takes patience and clear understanding of the protocol's or your gonna be Mayor of crash town. a few 30 min guides on youtube will save you an eternity of pointless ctd's bruv.
