Well I dont use steam but I found something that may help. I'm quoting someone
"As long as you follow any instructions in the file's readme, there shouldn't be any problems installing mods for the Steam version. Put them in the "Data" folder contained in the Fallout 3 directory under steam. For me, the path was: "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout 3\Data"

Yea it isn't fun when Im playing FO3 and a ghoul sneaks up on me
-
I agree with Dark0nes decision. The content in the Image Share section was getting way to out of hand. It was starting to become a pornographic image section instead of a game screenshot section.
-
I also hope the vault is more important to the story line than FO3. It was kinda lame how everything to do with the vault ended with the quest Trouble on the Home front and that was it.
-
Well its different. Im glad they're trying a different approach to the intro. Hopefully they let us have access to a vault sometime in the game

I think this has happened to everyone but walking through the metro and hearing a ghoul but not knowing where it is and when you turn around its right there. It happens to me every time...
-
Hopefully they announce something there.

I was hoping they would announce it at E3 because they had a "Confidential" time slot after Fallout New Vegas. I remember reading an article a while back that said they were trying to release it by Fall 2010, but since Bethesda is now working with 5+ studios on different games it may be delayed to spring or even fall of next year.

I loved morrowind! It had a better storyline than Oblivion and somewhat decent game play. The downfall was the terrible combat system. When you first make a new character it takes 50+ hits to kill anything

I feel as if Im constantly being watched. Its actually more annoying than it is scary

Spain all the way ;D

I remember reading an article somewhere about Bethesda trying to release TES V in the fall of 2010. I'll try finding it again
