If "modern" means "wastes a lot of space" then I suppose it is "modern". Then again, what do I know. I hate the new Windows settings app replacing the good old control panel. Having both would have been preferable. I will stay on the old version as long as possible, and would like the classic layout to remain as an option for people that prefer that.
